I'm a Senior Data & Solution Architect with 15 years of experience, and I got here the long way — starting as a .NET application developer, moving through ETL and database development, and growing into cloud and modern data engineering as the industry shifted. Today I design enterprise data platforms on Snowflake, dbt, and the modern data stack for banks, insurers, pharma, and SaaS companies. Because I made every one of those transitions myself, I know how uncertain they feel. I mentor developers and data engineers who want to move into data engineering or architecture, get confident with the modern data/cloud stack (Snowflake, dbt, lakehouse, AI-ready platforms), or make the mindset shift from writing code to designing systems.
