What is the difference between a session and a profile review?

A 1:1 session is a live video mentorship call (strategy, mock interviews, resume feedback, etc.). A Profile Review is an escrow-backed service where a verified mentor evaluates your profile for a specific role/company, submits proof of their review, and you confirm before payment is released. Combo packages can include both.

How do I book a session?

Open a mentor's profile → Book Session → pick a service (guidance session, package, or combo) → choose an available slot → pay securely. You'll get a confirmation and the meeting link in your dashboard and email.

How do I join a session?

From your dashboard, open Upcoming Sessions and click Join Meeting. Links are typically Google Meet and become active shortly before the scheduled time. Join a few minutes early to test audio and video.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

How do profile reviews work?

You request a review from a mentor (or book a combo). Payment is held in escrow. The mentor completes the review and uploads proof. You review the outcome in your dashboard and confirm completion — only then is the mentor paid. Disputes can be raised if something goes wrong.

No. Profile reviews and professional recommendations are based on mentor judgment and your readiness. They do not guarantee interviews, referrals, or offers. Outcomes depend on company hiring needs, market conditions, and your performance.
